Intra-organ itself is not Third Eye, not Ājñā. Just like two eyes, there is an intra-organ called Third Eye, but that is not Ājñā. Ājñā is the power, which activates the Third Eye and manifest through the Third Eye.

This rubbing of the turmeric and applying kumkum activates, detoxifies, the intra-organ called Third Eye.
