All You Need to Know About Integrity

INFERENCE:

Turning failures into success is life. Not not giving up on a task and completing it is important because failure becomes insignificant when actual success happens. Repeat the race many times to tell life that everyone will win the race and that we can enjoy the race with everyone. The core purpose of the game is experiencing joy in the action that we do rather than winning or completing the race.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

  • Paper
  • Pen or Pencil

EXPLANATION:

Write down your moments of self-sympathy and failure. How do you feel in those moments? If you know these moments are not giving you solutions then why hold on to these memories? Reliving is relieving so drop all the old cognitions and decide to go only forward in life. Write down a declaration statement and paste it on your mirror to read everyday, for example, write, "I am a possibility."
