We want only happy children and not sad, dull, moody children. When you do not have integrity, you are a group of people living inside one body. Complete with yourself and align yourself to integrity; then you become one complete, happy being.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

• Paper
• Pen
• Pencil

PROCEDURE:

Ask the children to write down in what situations, sadness, moodiness and dullness came up in them. Ask the children to write the situations down clearly. Sit and complete with those situations.

We want only children sharing happiness, and not people who are sad, dull or moody. When you do not have integrity, you are a group of people living inside one body. Complete with yourself and align yourself to integrity; then you become one being.With lack of integrity you do not know what goes on inside and outside you. When you are integrated, you become aware of every anxiety you go through. You can see the reality.

CONCLUSION:

When you align yourself to integrity, you become one complete being. When you are one complete being, you will no longer be forgetful and will be able to have one consistent reality in your life.
