Unless innocence happens intimacy cannot happen. Intimacy is the language of Existence. The mind doesn't know intimacy. Only the being knows it. With intimacy there is openness and you can say and do everything that you feel genuinely and earnestly about. There will be authenticity in your words and actions. You will radiate energy that spurs the others around you to be innocent and open. Then the real beauty of Existence can be experienced.

Combat inauthenticity by taking more responsibility

The only way to be ferocious with inauthenticity is take more responsibility. Inauthenticity, will not only create hell for you, it will slowly slow down and you will even forget you are inauthentic. Degradation does not start in a big way. All degradation starts only in a small way.

Unconsciousness enters into your system only through small actions. It does not wait for big actions. You have to dig out, dig out and take away every thorn. Same way when you dig out, don't be overwhelmed by your inauthenticity. Don't justify your inauthenticity by others inauthenticity. Nobody is targeting you. If you think everybody is targeting you, you are wrong.

When you become authentic, you will stand strong againt any targeting. When you bring responsibility for your inauthenticity and others inauthenticity, you save yourself. When you give up, or make any decision while you are inauthenticity, the damage you create in your inner space is more. ```

When you make any decision while you are inauthentic, while you are feeling powerless, you cause irreparable damage to you which takes years to repair and in due course, even the will to repair disappears. It is due to our inauthenticity that we don't stand together. Standing with authenticity is the strength.

Art of the day: Draw and color with the non dominant hand.

MATERIALS NEEDED

• 1. Pencil

• 2. Pen,

• 3. Sketch pen,
• 4. Paper
• 5. Eraser

PROCEDURE:

Encourage the children to draw with their non-dominant hand. If they are right handed they have to draw with their left hand and vice versa). Ask them to color the picture and ask them how they felt doing the art.

INFERENCE

Connect them to the fact life has no training period. We have to be aware and we have to be authentic every moment.
