Be a catalyst to cause other's reality. Don't do it like a duty. Do it with excitement and enthusiasm. Provide authentic listening, then don't get stuck by their ideas. Providing authentic listening does not mean believing whatever they are saying. Provide listening without judgment, then go on talking about what you have to say without getting influenced by what they said. Being a catalyst to cause other's reality is Dharma, using others to cause what you want as reality is Adharma.

Provide sincere listening to lives. When you provide sincere listening and guide them into their root pattern, help them find their pattern, even if you help them final their conflicting pattern that's enough. When you listen by providing authentic listening, you become kalpataru. Your sincerity to cause what people want in their lives is the secret that is the formula for success. Be a catalyst for everyone to realize their reality. Because being a cause for other's reality is your being the cause of your being.
