Materials needed Pencils and papers

Procedure

Find a long word and give all the players a pencil and paper. The players must try to make as many words as possible from the letters in a long word. The player who makes the most words is the winner. A few rules - all the words must contain at least three letters; a letter may only be used more than once in a word if it is contained in the main word more than once; and it's a good idea to set a time for the Game perhaps ten minutes. So, from the word CATASTROPHE you could make words such as: TASTE, ROT, STAR, STRAP, TASTER, TOAST, PERT, TOTE, PEST, HAT and lots more!

Work Shop Of The Day:

Write down all the situations where you have 'decided for life' and look in to find out all the joy and bliss you are getting from it. Next find out how you are not living, for whatever you 'decide for life' and write down how you are going to take responsibility and reinvent yourself. Reinvent yourself in such a way that you do fall down from your 'decision for life' again.
