A man is having a goat, grass and tiger he needs to cross the river, in that boat he can carry only one thing at a time . How he will take every one to that side?

Hint- If he is going to take the tiger first the goat will eat the grass. If he is going to take grass first the tiger will eat the goat.

He should take every thing to his boss. How he will solve the problem.
