EXPLANATION:
Explain to the children about delayed gratification. Delayed gratification was related to people being assertive, self-reliant, trust worthy, dependable, eager to learn, able to cope with frustration and more competent academically, encourage the children to discuss about when all they exhibited delayed gratification. For example: Children can share their experiences like when there was a quiz program in the class I waited for my turn to answer even tough I know the answer I did not jump out with answers.

Introduction:
Living with the limitless continuum is enlightenment. The limitless continuum will happen when you relax from the identities you hold of yourself in the outer and inner worlds. If you are settled in that limitless continuum and are able to be active, you are living enlightenment. If you are not able to settle down in it, but you had at least one experience of it, then you have experienced satori.
