1. Write down the list of people with whom you have had problems. Is it a coincidence that all of them gave you the same kind of problem? Do you think it is them? Or is it something in you?

• 5. What is it inside you that brought out this aspect of them which you did not like?
• 6. What perception inside of you made you see all of them in the same way.
