Understand, however many men you may change externally, you will not find a solution for this problem of continuously changing partners. Changing the external man or woman and trying to find a solution is the Western method. If you don't change your house, car, and husband once in three months, you are not considered updated! How long this can go on? I tell you, don't listen to this foolish advice. Don't be misguided. Don't think changing the outside is going to bring any solution in any way. Look in. The solution is within.

Find the source of your fantasies; find the root. Why has your boyfriend become an ex-boyfriend? Because, in the secret corners of your mind, he did not match your inner ideas and innermost fantasies of what a boyfriend should be like. The fantasy, idea, visualization, you carry about the concept of 'boyfriend' did not fit with your actual boyfriend. That is why he became an ex.

Listen: unless you work with the fantasy, learn to accept and settle down with reality, you cannot relax at any moment. Unless you correct the fantasy and accept the real person in your life, you are never going to settle down. You may forget your ex-boyfriend and catch another boyfriend. As long as the fantasy is there, however many persons you may change, once in three months, once in a month, or once a week, you will not experience peace. You will only have ex, ex, ex and why, why, why in your life, that's all.

How the Master works on you

The whole process of the Master working on you is like grating a coconut - from both sides! If you are living with me, I will just break the whole shell and put you in sahaja Samadhi - because I not just the microcosm. I am not just this six-foot form that you are seeing. Master is also the Whole, the macrocosm.

So the grinding and drilling goes on from both sides – on one side by this microcosmic THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, and on the other side, by the macrocosmic THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM! I grind your identity from both sides. My form, the microcosmic bio-memory in me, is only grinding the fruit side, the soft white side of the coconut. My macrocosmic bio memory, the Me who is present everywhere, is grinding you from the shell side. Both will be grinding your patterns, grinding down your ego, your identity.

Please understand, this microcosmic bio-memory which is responding to you, is only cleaning the fruit side, the white side. It will be drilling, drilling, drilling, drying and drying. The dedication you have is the thickness of the fruit, the thickness of the soft white side.

When all the dedication is exhausted, when that engram crushing is

happening, that's where the terrible sound of the shell being crushed will be heard. That sound means that engram crushing is happening; engram crushing is happening. Your root patterns and negativity are being crushed.

When that sound is heard, this microcosmic bio-memory will not move further. It cannot move further. Only the macrocosmic bio-memory will be pushing further.

But one thing is - the macrocosmic bio memory obeys prayer. So if you feel the grinding is too much, just pray immediately. The macrocosmic bio-memory will stop its grinding. Or, if you say, No, no, I want this to go on, let it be done, let me be done with it!, then it will go on.

The macrocosmic bio-memory obeys you – means, it is only your hand which is pushing further! Only the macrocosmic bio-memory will be pushing – means, only the cosmic THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM will be pushing. If you pray to it to stop, it will stop and relax. It will give you the relaxation.

And another thing - the macrocosmic THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM pushing will not even be known to the microcosmic THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM. I do not know. I know the pushing is happening, that's all. I do not know how it is happening.

In me, the microcosmic bio-memory is jeevatman and macrocosmic bio-memory is paramatman. There is no personal DNA in me. This body has no memory. That is why I defy all the known DNA rules and concepts. Only when the macrocosmic bio-memory wants to express something, it downloads that information into the microcosm, into this body. Only that is there. I have no work other than expressing that!

The Cosmic THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM is concerned about you. The macrocosmic bio- memory is concerned about you; otherwise it does not need to send information to microcosmic bio-memory and make it express that to you. If you are sitting somewhere, hiding from me, and I send somebody to call you, be very clear macrocosmic bio-memory is calling you, because with so many things happening, where does the microcosmic memory have the time to do it? Where is the place or time for all these things? That is why, many times, I perform actions without thinking about them logically. But you know exactly why it happened! I do not know the reason, but you know the reason.

The problem is, you think that I also know the reason. That is where the problem happens. When you think I also know the reason, you start abusing me, thinking that I am drilling you deliberately. No! This microcosmic bio-memory is innocent. Leave me! It is the macrocosmic bio-memory which is playing this game.

But as I said, a great thing about the macrocosmic bio-memory is that it listens to your prayer immediately. If you say No, it is too much, please wait!, it will just wait. Any delay is a waste of time, but it will wait for as long as you want. If you say No, go ahead, it will open up.

You also have both bio-memories – the personal and the Cosmic, the macrocosmic and the microcosmic. Catch the macrocosmic bio-memory, allow that to open up. Allow the paramatman DNA to open up in you. That will lead you to the Ultimate.

The macrocosmic DNA holds all the extraordinary siddhis and powers, like flying, levitating. But that will be awakened only if the microcosmic bio-memory is annihilated. Awakening the macrocosmic DNA is the essence of spiritual practice.

During the grinding, you need the love of a person who does not support your negativity. That is an important thing. Sometimes you will get the wrong company. They will give you love and support, but they will support your negative side; that is the most dangerous thing. You need somebody who will give you the love, but who will constantly remind you to stand up on the positive side, stand up on the positive side, stand up on the Master's side.
