Make a cognitive shift
Every night, whether you want it or not, you have to fall asleep. But you have a choice in whether to fall asleep in an agitated mood, or to get back to the supreme state of well-being and fall asleep.
I am not going to ask you to meditate separately to fall into the supreme state. Then, immediately, you will have a thousand and eight reasons why you can't meditate! You will say that you are too busy - as if all people who are mediating are jobless! No. I am not going to give you
a chance to give that excuse.
The state of well-being is a simple shift in your consciousness, which has no particular requirements, either in time or in space or in your actions. It is just a decision, a conscious cognitive shift. Just understanding this is enough; it will lead to the cognitive shift.
Constantly, every moment, in between one agitation and another agitation, the supreme wellness is perceived, it is experienced by your mind. Please understand, when I use the word 'mind', I mean the binary process of 0-1, 0-1, 0-1, the binary process of wellness/agitation, wellness/agitation, wellness/agitation that is constantly happening in you. The agitation is what you sometimes name as thoughts, sometimes as mood swings, sometimes as emotions, sometimes as decisions, sometimes as intelligence - but whatever name you may give for that agitation, it is agitation!
Sometimes you call agitation as emotional outburst, sometimes you call it as lust, sometimes you call it as anger, sometimes you call it as greed, sometimes you call it as guilt, sometimes you call it as engram, sometimes you call it as Maya, sometimes you call it as mass hysteric belief. Whatever name you may give it, you are an embodiment of binary.
Fortunately, God has not disowned you. The programming itself is such that every agitation has to drop into the supreme state of positive peace, but every moment of positive peace does not need to end in agitation. Understand, every 1 should fall into 0, but every 0 does not need to become 1. The decision to
continue to be in 0, the decision to continue to be in positive peace, the decision to continue to reside in the supreme well-being, is what I call jeevanmukti, living enlightenment.
So stop believing that your agitation makes you a hero. Sometimes, you think that if you express the lust in your body, you look like a hero. Sometimes you think that if you encourage and support and express your anger, you look like a hero. Look in the mirror. Your anger is not cute at all; your lust is not cute at all. If you are carrying any idea that your anger or your lust makes you unique, special or great, just dump that idea.
It is unfortunate that humans have a strong belief that agitation makes them a hero. Your agitation does not make you beautiful or graceful. It is the ability to stay in the 0, it is the ability to stay in the supreme positive peace, to stay in the restful awareness, that makes you graceful, joyful, great.
It is very unfortunate that, from a young age, whenever you show your anger, you are seen as powerful; society is frightened, people are afraid of you. When people are afraid of you, they bend in front of you. Bending in front of you in fear is not the same as bending in front of you because you are a hero. But you believe that the fear is respect; it makes your whole life a mess.
It is time every individual brought positive peace into his being. The peak of creation without agitation is what I call positive peace. The peace of the crematorium, the peace of the burial ground, will be created by politicians, but the creative peace can be created only by enlightened beings. Let you create positive peace which can be perceived by the intelligence, from reality.
Being centered on the space 0, the space of inner most intelligence, is what Bhagavan calls as being established in the state of supreme well-being where the positive peace is perceived. Let peace prevail on planet Earth, let peace prevail in the Cosmos, let peace prevail in the universe; let peace prevail in every individual.
