MATERIALS NEEDED:

Paper (for drawing and writing letter) Pen or pencil

PROCEDURE:

Write the expectations you have for others and others will write their expectations for you. Collect all the expectations about you. These are a 360 degree evaluation on you NOW you will be able to know the incompletions created by you. Now write down the list of expectations and take up a declaration to complete them.

INFERENCE:

Once integrity is infused into relationships individuals see that they are no longer limited to a narrow boundary of toleration and can relate easily to anyone.

One important healing factor in relationships is that the other person feels confident that you are transformed and that you are going to be different in the future. When integrity heals the damages you caused to yourself and others in the past, the real relationship starts.

CONCLUSION:

When human beings bring integrity into their inner space they create permanent transformation in their cognition about themselves and others.
