Forty healthy adult volunteers, male and female enrolled for the 21 day Inner Awakening program, volunteered to give blood samples with informed consent for differential gene expression study before and after IA. The objective of the study was to explore Hindu traditional yoga and meditation techniques through new experimental biology and bioinformatics.
