Material required: Ice Cubes🔗

Preparation: Give everyone a block of ice, and have them blow on the ice cube and say words of love to rid themselves of the ego and watch the ice melt into pure liquid love.

Discussion: Love is being in the flow with life and everything around us, ego is like frozen ice. Talk about love, the illustration of love being like water, always moving, giving us life and health. Ego is like hard rock. It is not able to move. It is just like a frozen block of ice, closed and cold, not able to give and receive the power of love. Ego is always holding on to 'mine' , 'l' and the ice cube thinks it is so important. But if we are able to let go and become "egoless" , we will become love instead.
