LOVE THE ULTIMATE ALCHEMY VOLUME 1

Activity of the day - Sponge, Stone, Water

Material required:

  • 1 sponge per child
  • 1 large stone
  • Tub
  • Water

Preparation:

Fill up the tub half way with water and have the children gather in a circle for this activity.

Discussion:

Take the large sponge and show it to the class.

Ask everyone what it is.

Can it absorb water? What does the water represent? Answer: Love

If we are an open person, able to give and receive love we are able to be filled with love...just like the sponge.

Demonstrate how the sponge absorbs the water and is filled to overflowing. The sponge is able to float on the water and also absorb at the same time. Like the sponge, we need to be open, living life as an open and beautiful person who is also able to be full of love and happily live the life.

But the stone is hard and closed with no love. It is neither able to absorb love nor live life happily.

Demonstrate how it is not able to absorb the water of love. You can pour water over it but the water only runs down with no effect. Also when it is dropped into the water, it only sinks!

What do you want to be? The sponge or the stone?

Give each of them a sponge and let them all have their sponges absorb the water, and show how they can be open and filled with love.

Introduction:

Review the previous day's workshop, ask questions related to it and discuss the topic of possessiveness.

Click: Possessiveness

Goals: Make them understand about possessiveness

About the topic:

When we receive something we tend to get possessive about it rather than wanting to share it. This possessiveness o block further bounties. The more we give, the more we get; sharing should happen by expressing the oneness in usthat everything and everyone is part of us. This is real or purposeless love or causeless love. When we have love we cannot get irritated life is all about our beliefs.

Love as much as you can, without asking for anything in return.

Society never approves letting go. But have the courage to let go, share love and be happy.

Real Love is something so deep, so energizing, that you will not know it unless you experience it.

Real Love knows no object. Real Love is the subject itself. We enslave the person in the name of love. If we love a person completely we will never feel guilty of missing them. True love always gives without asking. To be loving, means to become integrated. Whenever our love, or our attention becomes aligned towards something in particular. We will only be materialistic; we will be creating suffering for ourselves and for others. When you start possessing someone, you bind yourself also. When we place our attention on an object, we miss the inner experience of love that happens. Excitement or energy is related to the experience itself, not to the object. Real love simply liberates both of you. It gives freedom to you and the other person. Real love does not look for utility.

Objectives:

  • · What is possessiveness?
  • What is real love?
  • When we will possess someone?
  • What happens when you start possessing?
  • Which is important object or the experience?

Evaluation:

Evaluate their knowledge on the topic by asking multiple questions. Evaluate their language skills by asking them to share their experiences.
