Three kinds of guilt

There are three kinds of guilt:

  • 1. Guilt created by immediate family
  • 2. Guilt created by social laws
  • 3. Guilt created by yourself

These are the three major kinds of guilt, which kill your intelligence.

The mental layer which is related to thoughts is specifically associated with the feeling of guilt. Guilt is nothing but your past decision being reviewed with updated intelligence.

For example, as a child maybe you were called by your mother to stop playing and eat you may have cursed her. Now with updated intelligence you feel guilt. But, you are then deciding based on your intelligence at that point in time.

Below the age of 7, guilt is created by the immediate family. Rules are imposed by the family because they cannot logically answer and make you understand. This leads to guilt. The guilt about sex will be created by the immediate family. That is the first guilt. The guilt based on greed will be by the immediate family.

From 7 to 14, society creates guilt through its rules. The guilt based on fear is created by social laws.

The third guilt is the worst, which you create for yourself. When you internalize the greed and fear guilt, you create new types of guilt for yourself. If you analyze whenever you are stuck or wherever you are stuck, these three kinds of guilt will be there.
