Why are all so restless? O! father Rushing and running all the time, no bother So busy; cannot look at each other

So tired, cannot smile at one another So dignified, cannot laugh together Where have you buried the treasures of smiles?

O! God! What happened to your children? You gave us a wonderful gift No one in your creation had it The bright and beautiful smile The lucky and lively laugh

We forgot your precious gifts We lost these treasures from our life, long back Now we can search only in dictionaries How to make them realize that they lost great wealth? Who can search for the lost diamonds? How to get back the lost gifts?

Master of divine Smile! God of beautiful smiles! I pray to you with folded hands Make us realize how great to smile And how noble to make others smile Let the light of your divine smile Bring life to dying lips and dried hearts Let the nectar in your graceful smile Give birth to smiles on the faces of millions all over

Teach us the art of pure smiling Train us in the technology of making others smile Coach us in laughing with heart and body Educate us in making everyone laugh Destroy the barriers of ego, status, pride and dignity Let them know that smile is wonderful medicine Laughter is the greatest healer.
