Worry is a Habit

It is a HABIT. ! (A mental habit. At same time every morning you will produce the same chemicals even if you remind yourself you don't have to go to work…)

Just like how you are able to soak in laughter for a few seconds and let it permeate through every cell of your body, letting it continue to produce positive chemicals, letting it to heal, without resisting by moving on to next activity.

Similarly, the bad habit is to dwell, cling on to worry – we are soaking in the worry, soaking in the negativity. Helping the prolonged creation of negative chemicals.

We have become addicted to this heavy feeling instead of the light feeling.

It is just a habit. Like any habit it can be kicked.

Our Mind Body system:

We saw how the mind oscillates between past and future constantly. This keeps us away from the present moment. Usually the thoughts are about what you already know.

These thoughts emerge from the unconscious zone which is a huge part of the mind.

It is these thoughts that drive your decision making depending on the number of engraved memories you have stored in the unconscious zone. Depending on the amount of memories and silence in the unconscious zone we make instinctive, intellectual or intuitive decisions.

These unconscious memories or engraved memories along with emotions block the flow of energy in the energy centers or chakras of the mind body system. These memories are like deposits in the energy channels. They prevent the flow of the energy of intuition. They prevent you from unleashing your pure potential.
