Complete control over brain waves as measured by QEEG🔗

Quantitative Electroencephalography (QEEG). This measures the electrical activity within the brain, called brain waves. Four different bandwidths of such waves exist, each corresponding to the four different states of mind given as per Hindu scriptures - Jagrith (wakefulness or alertness), Sushupti (Dream-state), Turiya and Turiyatheetha (higher states of consciousness, states of restful awareness).
