9 September 2007: Heads of the various spiritual and religious organisations are seen sanctifying the immersion pool with 21 holy waters from the sacred rivers in Bharat. They then proceed to immerse the procession deities in the pool, as is customary in Kumbh mela.

23 January, 2007: THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM BHAGAWAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM takes the first dip into the Triveni Sangam, the energised waters of the 3 sacred rivers of Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. He led the procession to the sacred snaan, and was given the highest honours of taking the first dip. Thousands of devotees and pilgrims joined His procession, dancing and celebrating the grand occasion.
