Sit again and again with the Master🔗

Sitting again and again with the Master in deep trust makes you established in the thoughtless space. Please understand, sitting again and again with restful awareness and a deep-feeling connection with the Master establishes you in that thoughtless space, the cloudless sky.

If you are not able to directly sit in the Master's presence, sit at least with that group where at least seven people are having the experience of kundalini awakening. Such a group will have the collective consciousness of the Master's presence. Please understand, if seven people are having the kundalini experience and levitation in your satsang center, be very clear that you have my presence completely. If seven people are experiencing at levitation, all the different energies related to the seven chakras are active in that space.

Just like how a piece of cotton left in a bowl of honey gets completely soaked in honey, and almost becomes one with the honey, if your put yourself in the Master's presence again and again and soak yourself in the Master's presence, automatically your Self will become established in the Master's no-mind space.

I can give you a simple technique to again and again bring yourself back to that space of restful awareness, even when you are not in my physical presence:

Every night, just before sleeping, watch or listen to any of my discourses for at least listen ten minutes. Listen with a deep restful awareness, in a relaxed way, and just fall asleep. You will see - the whole night, you are not experiencing the ordinary sleep. You are in Upanishad. The whole night you will be in Upanishad, in the highly elevated state of consciousness. And the next day, you will just feel my presence as a subtle experience, like a fragrance, every moment of the day.

The secret to winning any war

Whenever you carry a fear about somebody, if you feel they may attack you or do something harmful to you, try this technique: just sit down and say, 'Abhayam sarva bhūtebhyo: I give refuge to the whole world. No being needs to be afraid of me. I am not here to attack anybody.'

You may think, 'When somebody is attacking me, I am the one who is afraid. Why does HE need this reassurance?

Understand: the person who is attacking you is already in fear of you. He is carrying that enmity towards you because he has a memory that you hurt him in the past, or he is carrying some insecurity that you will be a threat to him in the future. So he needs to be healed.

So send a strong wave of abhayam sarva bhūtebhyo to that person. Visualize every DNA in your body sending this message. Visualize every pore in your body being used as a transmitter for this message. Sit very calmly and still with the thought.

When you send these waves of abhaya, you will see so much of healing happens in you. Even if you need to defend yourself, you will do the minimum but right actions.

When you are agitated, you are also in fear. You do not know which point to touch. When you are completely sending that abhayam sarva bhūtebhyo, you will experience such a coolness. You will be like a lubricated cool tool which will cut things in the proper place and in the proper way. Understand, a diamond-studded tool

without lubrication can do the job of cutting only in a haphazard way, in a rough way, and not perfectly. The same diamond-studded tool with the lubrication of abhayam sarvabhūtebhyo will cut the negativity into pieces in the right place and in the right way, without it getting agitated or heated. Even as a war strategy, abhayam sarva bhūtebhyo is an ultimate strategy, because it goes on lubricating the diamond tool.

This lubrication of abhayam sarva bhūtebhyo does two jobs:

First, it reduces the anger and enmity the enemy carries towards you, so half of your job is done. Second, if there is a little bit of anger remaining in the enemy, it knows exactly where to hit, and it will have the stability to hit for as long as required.

I tell you, in all possible wars, the greatest strategy is this. It is the exact strategy adopted by Sri Krishna in Kurukshetra. This is the exact strategy adopted by Sri Ramachandra in Lanka. This is the exact strategy all incarnations have adopted, are adopting, and will be adopting in all their fights, in all the wars they wage. Understand the power of abhayam sarva bhūtebhyo. The moment you feel it and radiate it through your every pore, the anger and vengeance the enemy carries towards you will disappear. If he is really, really adamant, not interested in letting go, and he is trying to retain a little bit of it, don't worry. Your tool is now lubricated, and it knows where to hit, and it can sustain without getting heated.

See, the tool without lubrication gets heated and gets broken. So the purpose is lost. It doesn't cut. But the tool which is lubricated knows how to cut, sustains, and finishes the job. It finishes the enemy who is not ready to let go of the enmity.

Let your DNA structure be established in this one truth: I am not an enemy to anybody. I have no enemies. I have no anger. I have no enmity. I am established in ahimsa. I give refuge to the whole world; abhayam sarva bhūtebhyo.'

When you are established in abhayam sarvabhūtebhyo and play the whole drama, wage the war, you don't need any weapon or any army. I tell you: this is greatest secret of winning in war and in life.

Look into your Source

Understand, because I have realized I am the Source, I go on provoking you to look into your Source.

If you look into your source, you will know your source and my source is one and the same!

Please understand, when I say realize yourself, I mean you will realize that your self and my self are one and the same.

I promote Krishna, Rama, Shiva, and Buddha, because I have realized my self and their selves are one and the same consciousness. I have experienced them in my consciousness and myself in their consciousness. So naturally I promote the consciousness in which Krishna, Buddha, and Shiva radiate. In the beginning, the experience of God can happen only with God. Then, your very being becomes God, and starts transmitting the experience to others. When that energy awakens, it reaches the other person, and the expansion of consciousness starts happening in them.

Why laws are made

Let us understand why laws are made.

When more than one person started living on planet Earth and the logic of 'When you can have, why not me?' started happening in human beings, the system of law got created.

When human beings first started living together, they understood the comfort and the positive points that living together brings. It brought protection from other animals, other tribes, natural calamities and thousands of other things. Life became more sophisticated, luxurious, wealthy, rich, and less hard. Human beings realized that living together brings lot of good things.

But then the problem of 'When you can have, why not me?' came up. To come to an understanding, the system of law was created. This is the basic reason why laws are required. Many things then started evolving around it - responsibility of a person, duty of a person, freedom given to a person, powers given to a person and restrictions on that person, punishment for breaking the responsibility or restrictions or misusing the powers.

Basically, when human beings started living together, the understanding they created among themselves to live safely and happily evolved into laws: 'You will not kill me, so I will not kill you. Let both of us live.' First it was an understanding, and then it evolved into a law.

What is Beauty?

The cosmetic industry created the concept of beauty and goes on maintaining it continuously with these idiotic beauty contests.

What is beauty actually? It is nothing but just the ideas promoted widely and wildly - that's it. There is nothing else called beauty.

I am defining beauty: beauty is the feeling you carry when somebody appreciates you.

I am defining it at the mundane level.

The concept of beauty is nothing but a give and take. There is

no such thing as scale of beauty. But this cosmetic industry continuously creates the concept of beauty and keeps it alive.

Beauty is the feeling you carry when somebody appreciates you! When somebody says you look great, the feeling you carry is beauty. Same way, when you make somebody else feel that in them, it is beauty for that person. With this new cognition of beauty, you will change the way you perceive yourself and others.
