Duration: Maximum 21 minutes

All the participants sit in a circle, holding hands.

If there are a large number of people, you may sit in several concentric circles. If men and women are both present in the group, they may sit alternately, if that is acceptable to all the participants. Else, they can sit in concentric circles, the men forming one circle and the women forming the other.

When holding hands, ensure that your left palm is facing up, to receive energy from the person at your left. Your right palm should be facing down, to offer this energy to the person at your right.

The left side represents the passive, receptive, feminine energy. The right side represents the active, expressive, masculine energy. Each of us is carrying both these energies. As a group, when we receive energy with the left hand, and give it with the right hand, it helps balance the energies of the entire group.

Step 1 (9 minutes):

With eyes closed, visualize that the existential energy is flowing into you from the person on your left, and flowing outward to the person on your right. Feel the vibration, experience yourself as part of this connected whole. Feel the current of love, peace and bliss connecting the whole group. You are neither giving or taking, you are simply an open channel for this ever-flowing energy.

Allow your individual identity to be dissolved in this cosmic current. Allow yourself to flow in love and bliss!
