ABOUT THE TECHNIQUE

In this meditation, we are going to create a closed energy circuit by linking hands and meditating together. This connected circle of people generates a powerful energy cycle.

This meditation will be still more effective if you are sitting in the presence of a master, or before an energized deity. Since an enlightened being, an energized idol or a yantra are powerhouses of the Existential energy, their energy field can raise the vibrations of the entire group.

If two of the participants can make contact with the master or idol, drawing them into the energy circuit, the energy flow will be greatly enhanced, and the whole group can directly absorb the energy released by them.
