At all times, feel the presence of this thumb-sized flame in your heart.

Visualize your whole body as illumined from within by this small flame.

This is true!

Even if you cannot see it physically, your body, mind, intellect – all these are functioning only because of the energy, the light of consciousness that pervades them.

Carry this flame as your inner inspiration always, as your deepest contact with own being.

When you are sitting still, feel that your body itself is just a halo around this flame.

All your acts are made divine because they happen in the light of this consciousness.

Let this inner consciousness become your reality.

Let everything else fall away.

When you live constantly with this truth, you will understand what is meant when I say,
