Guilt due to not actualizing one's potential
There is also a different type of guilt - if you feel there is something more in life and you are not working hard to get to it. When you feel you are lazy and you are not working to your full potential, you experience guilt.
When you feel you are not actualizing your potential, the guilt that arises in you is actually reminding you of the responsibility that you have to yourself. This is the only real guilt that will remain even after all other guilts are removed.
