- d. Does not expect Bananas from mango trees. Does not expect the lion to trumpet either.
- e. Interpersonal relationship. Treating people and situations as new each day with a very clear and intelligent understanding that we are energy and everything is constantly changing.
- f. Compassion and empathy.
- g. Taking responsibility not just for corporation's goals but also for the goals and aspirations of the team members.
- h. Encouraging the team to enjoy each moment of the path and not just the goal.
- i. Not getting swayed by comparison or jealousy at any level.
- j. Does not take up a task for the sake of the reward of name, fame, etc.
- k. Does not act for seeking attention. Does not give for the sake of getting a praise.
- l. Teaches, inspires everyone to give instead of taking. To think of the You than the me.
- m. Ready to give. Nurturing, creating space for leaders. Gives birth to leaders
- n. Centered in self. Does not sway to others opinions.
- o. Not having fixed mental patterns, but ability to spontaneously enjoy the ride.
- p. Does not try to possess leadership. Leadership possesses him.
